Location location location

Tempe is not necessarily a walking town. So we rented a couple of bikes for the week and were able to do everything from this place. Coffee, concerts, cubs games, restaurants. There is a good "social hall" just down the street, coffee about 1 mile west, and the Cubs are only 1.5 miles away. The king bed is wonderfully comfortable, linens very nice, and a great place to relax.

We enjoyed our stay in Tempe at the condo. It was near Tempe Marketplace for great shopping and restaurants. We also used the hot tub that was near the condo. Owners were very responsive! We would definitely come back again.

Spring Break Visit

Don't hesitate to rent this condo! The accuracy of the condo photos and location make this an excellent place to stay in Tempe. Then add the low rental fee and it's even better. With the exception of the food, the owner provides everything you need to make meals. The coffee bar is a plus as well. We had two 13yr olds with us and having the Tempe Marketplace three blocks away was fantastic. The shopping and restaurant choices met all of our needs. Thanks again Joel and Kelly.

Central location. Enjoyed our stay

Let's begin with arrival. Easy access from parking space. Nicely clean, kitchen and bathrooms. Nice to have a washer and dryer if needed for a longer stay. Kitchen stocked with wares for light cooking. Overall, pleasant and enjoyable. Location good for ASU visits as well as Spring Training. Communications with host excellent. I will look for availability for future visits.
