Wasn’t able tk stay And the $250 deposit was ridiculous and wasn’t shown until last small print So when I didn’t have the $250 It was non refundable reservation. And I lost $70 and had to sleep in my car I. Phoenix where it was 95 degrees at night

I really appreciated the time I spent at the hotel because it was very convenient and the staff were so amazing and kind and helpful. Everyone is super professional and polite. This is an old hotel and it was dirty and the bathtub was leaking and half full when we arrived. It smelled of weed and across from a weed place and strip club. No refunds even though we turned around and left to a safer area.

My experience with the Staff was very good! I also liked the complimentary breakfast options. I thought the $250 room deposit was a bit excessive though.
