Stains on walls and floor. Broken light fixtures and questionable door locks. The hotel was half under construction and located at an unsafe location with extensive homelessness and drug use.

They’re renovating the place so all the broken furniture is out side which seemed very iffy. Our view was a dumpster. The water pressure was sad. The hallways and room smelled like very strong paint.

I recently stayed at this property for a concert nearby, and while there were a few positive aspects, the experience overall was disappointing. The staff were genuinely nice and friendly, they greeted me warmly and were always willing to help, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself didn’t live up to expectations. The photos online were quite misleading; the space looked much more modern and well-kept in the pictures than it did in person. When I arrived, the room wasn’t very clean, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. With some improvements to cleanliness, more accurate photos and the remodeling they seem to be doing, this could be a great place to stay, but as it stands, it fell short of what was advertised.

We arrived to initial room at 2am and had a water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom with severe water damage/drooping ceiling, water everywhere on the floor, stains on the pillow cases, and smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. After the room change, the 2nd room didn’t smell like smoke but still had stained pillows, overall room looked dirty. Booked a different hotel within minutes and left Central Phoenix Hotel by 3am. Front desk was accommodating and apologetic and had no difficulties getting a refund for my two night stay when calling the next morning. The staff were pleasant but the pictures on website were definitely deceiving.

the drawers were mostly all broken, the heater would not stay on, the tv’s volume would not turn up nor down & every 2 minutes the tv would be interrupted, the shower head was broken & falling off, the toilet would not flush, & every time we left the room, the key gave us an issue with coming back in & we had to replace the key twice. the room cleanliness felt like it was not kept up, so we had gone out and bought our own pillows & blankets to sleep on

If I could give a 0 I would DO NOT STAY HERE the smell is sooooo bad changed rooms 2 times and it wasn’t any better. The TV didn’t work. The garbage hadn’t been emptied. There was hairs everywhere. The sheets were dirty. It just felt nasty being in that room lock was broken on the door front desk said they would come and fix it but never did. There was used soap from the other guest in the bathroom. This was the worst experience ever after getting home our clothes. Stunk it was so bad. Nothing like the pictures on the website.
This just shows how dirty the headboard was. This room was so disgustingly dirty.

The hotel is under construction right now, and it was only advertised while checking in. The construction noise was very loud and started at 8am both days I stayed. The construction workers were yelling very loud as well. The room was cleaned but it still felt like the sheets and towels were dirty. The shower had mold on the ceiling and the bathroom door as well. Staff was friendly though, they offered to change our room but the construction was loud all throughout.

We arrived early before check in. We were told it would be an extra 20.00 to get a room before the actual check in time. I paid it as we were there for an event and had set up stuff to do, and used an uber from the airport. When we arrived to our room it was filthy. The wall by the garbage can had stains all over it, a huge dry wall hole in the wall with exposed cords, cigarette butts under the window sill and the sill itself was filthy. The bathroom door barely opened if shut all the way and made a horrible sound and to top it off the toiled ring leaked . There was no comforter on the bed. Just a sheet. I thought there was another sheet, ut when I pulled it back, it was bare mattress. No mattress cover, fitted sheet etc. Air conditioner made a horrible sound that was very loud, but did keep the room cool.
