Staff was very courteous. The room however had a very strong bleach smell, and we discovered the next day that the shower curtain was missing. We only stayed one night so we showered without it the next morning. The hotel did provide a $50 credit, but this should never happen at this type of hotel and price

The hotel is not well-maintained. Room dusty, mouse droppings, carpet grimy. We moved to another room. This one didn’t have mouse droppings but still dusty and grimy and water damage on ceiling. We left after one night and would have left immediately but it was 2:00 AM…. Positive is that ALL the staff at Sonesta were kind and highly professional. We had no problem cancelling our 7-day stay and receiving a full refund. I wish they worked at a nicer place!
