We received an "upgrade" upon checking in. Good on the sq feet. 5th floor, view of A/C units in next building. No privacy doors on bathroom. poor room lighting. The food options are just terrible. You can't get standard American food. We stayed there a long time ago. Had to go back because the Rittenhouse was booked. This place is just not for us. All 4 treadmill TV's were broken. Do I need to say more?

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. I would give them 10 stars, if possible. Nothing was less than perfect. Very Clean facility, very friendly staff everywhere, room was beautiful with so many details added to it, and they have a great restaurant/bar. I will recommend it for anyone that is visiting the area.

Here's what i found disappointing: when i checked out at the front desk, no one thanked me for staying there. I received a "safe travels," but not a word of thanks for choosing to spend my money at that hotel. I find that rude. Common courtesy matters. Otherwise, it's a very good hotel.

The Sofitel is in a great location downtown in Philadelphia, walkable to all sorts of great activities. The staff is helpful and attentive. I recommend this property wholeheartedly.

Such a lovely and beautiful place, I Checked in super late the gentlemen I believe his was McLewis at the front desk gave me an upgrade to the presidential suite. Was very happy that room was so beautiful well decorated, spacious and super clean, the bathroom was to die for. I didn’t want to leave, I had breakfast at chez Collette, I really enjoyed my stayed, it is very convenient, I’ll choose it over and over.

Really lovely lobby. Nice room. Good location but couldn’t get an early coffee. The menu said they opened at 6 but when i called it wasn’t til 7. Kind of a bummer.
