My door ended up, not unlocking with the key card. Based on my conversations with maintenance and other staff, it seems that they don’t have the adequate tools to keep the place running under current ownership. The very next morning I woke up to maintenance using making a lot of noise, which at first I was upset about, but it turns out another person’s door no longer worked, and they didn’t have the appropriate tools to program it. I would stay away from this place for a while until they figure out how to manage it, because your stuff could get locked in your room for a good amount of time.
Also, then they moved me into a new room and they finally got into my old room, but this one had drainage issues in the bathroom. So two out of three days of my stay had some serious and minor inconveniences.
The staff was very friendly and worked very hard to try to resolve the issues. However, it doesn’t seem like management gives them the resources they need to get the job done.
