I thought my room would be cleaned daily but they said 3 days. I stayed 3 nights 4 days I had to clean it. I kept going to get towels & toilet paper & trash bags cause I kept taking my own trash out til the last day. I didn’t ask for sheets but wanted too.

No sheets on the pull out. Television did not work. No one was behind the desk after midnight to ask for sheets for the pull out. The blanket that was on the bed had a huge yellow stain in the middle. The door to our room did not close right all the way so there was a space where you seen the outside.

Our one night stay here was comfortable. The room was spacious and had what we needed for the night. Our tv did not work, but since we were barely in the room, it was not a big deal. The girl who checked us in was so sweet and accommodating, and having a continental breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.

It really looks like they are trying to DIY this place to make it better but it falls short. Fine for a one night stay for concert at Citizens Bank, but would not go back. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room looked pretty banged up. Seemed safe. Got what was paid for.

Overall the property, rooms and staff were great. Our only complaint was the mattresses and pillows were pretty hard. Did not make for a very comfortable nights sleep.

Horrible! Do not recommend staying here!!
The whole place is a nightmare. The 2 men at the counter when we arrived for check-in were so rude! They charged us an additional deposit even though the room was already paid for and a fee for parking. When we told them the room was already paid for. When we got into the room the titled portions of the floor were so sticky, the a/c didnt seem like it was working (it was set to 64 and it was 76 in the room). The ceiling fan was broken and tilted, the one bedroom had no smoke detector in it just a hole in the ceiling, and the bathtub didnt have a stopper in it, just a hole in the tub. When we came back from our event and pulled out the sofa bed it stunk so bad like body odor and cigarettes, there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pullout sofa even though it had a tag daying it was in the closet, and there were blood stains and other stains on the mattress cover. Needless to say no one slept on it. There was hair all over the folded towels in the bathroom. The people in the suite across from us said there was old food in their oven.

We did not stay. The room had not been cleaned. There were dead flys and dirt in the tub. Water was gurgling up the sink and tub drains. The vents were coated in a think dust and grime that could have had mold in it. There were stains on every surface. We left immediately and they returned our parking payment and deposit. We have to go thru Expedia to receive a refund.

My children loved the pool area. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were lovely… high quality. There was a full kitchen and we cooked a lot, but we brought two extra pans and paper plates and utensils, and it’s a good thing we did, because the existing housewares were sparse. I would definitely stay there again.
