This is a click bait hotel!!!!! Pictures look nothing like what you actually get! We here for a weekend anniversary get a way. Got a jacuzzi suite. It was terrible had a hard time getting the tub to work. When asking the staff for help there was a language barrier. DO NOT STAY!

Roaches everywhere. Stayed here for my wedding anniversary. Noisy, people fighting. Loud music. Dirty. Green stains in the shower. Shower curtain was moldy. Microwave smelled like ramen. Fridge was gross. The list goes on. I asked to be compensated for the uncleanliness and the front desk guy basically ignored me. Will never stay again.

The vents on the ceiling full of dust, one super thing blanket was provided. When I called the concierge for 2 additional blankets, I was told to come and get it. When I came, I was told there is only 1 last blanket left. In the morning I wanted to make a cup of coffee, but when I got there, nothing was left and they said that it was served till 9:30 only. This information was never provided to us during the checking in time.
