The hotel room was very comfortable. Bed was nice and well made and sheets we clean. The bathroom and kitchen area were always very clean as well. Check in was very easy and the young lady who held our bags while we waited for check in was very nice ( i did not get her name unfortunately, she was an asian young lady at the reception area). The dislike that i have with my stay was the rest of the staff at the front desk. Any question or concern i had they were very dismissive towards. For example, i would ask a question and they wouldn’t even allow me to finish posing the question when they would interrupt and give a response to the question. It seemed that they were confusing being assertive with being abrupt and rude. This issue was more with the overnight staff. I understand those are unusual hours to work, but it is part of your job. I asked for my bags to be held after check out and that seemed to be a bother for them.

Loved our stay. We ended up canceling our other hotel option to extend our stay with Home2 Suites by Hilton. The hotel is across the road from Reading Terminal and the Hop on Hop Off Buss. Walkable distance to China Town, Liberty Bell and City Hall. Absolutely loved our stay!

The room was nice and clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Elevators weren’t working well. 2 out of 3 were broken the night we got there, and 1 was still broken when we left.

The only minor issues: Ice machine on my floor (#4) did not work. Coke machine ate my quarters. Really didnt like the music playing throughout the hotel. I'm an older man and would've preferrred easy listening.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel because we travelled with 6 kids. I called and requested rooms next to each other so I can navigate around the kids. I also called to let them know that our flights were delayed and we will be arriving late. When we arrived at the hotel first we were offered rooms on different floors. I explained that we had 6 kids and wanted to be on the same floor. I also told her we requested in the reservations. She was not helpful and blamed us for arriving that late. She was very unprofessional in the way she spoke to us; hesitant to answer question and when she answered it was with at attitude. I said look I know it’s lte but I spoke to someone earlier that told me the rooms are side by side. Her response was well that person is not here at the moment and I can only give you what we have. We couldn’t get room next to each other and that’s understandable because we arrived late and it’s a busy area. We asked about parking and she just simple said there’s no parking. I asked where can we park she said anywhere. I told her I’m not from here and I don’t understand the parking guidelines she just said me to. Wow! When we got to the room we called and asked for extra pillows she said I’ll have someone bring it up. After 2 hours once the kids were all showered and ready for bed we had to go downstairs to get the pillows out self. The hotel and rooms were clean but customer service that night we got in was at an all time low.

I liked the location, and would definitely stay here again. My one criticism is that parking seems kind of expensive.
