Extremely poor loyalty
Terrible service from, their office and leadership. I have had men stay they for work by the Dozens if not Hundreds of nights through the last Decade. I accidentally chose the wrong date on Hotels .com website for 5 non refundable rooms, which i obviously know was my mistake. I instantaneously tried to cancel and call hotel , as well as app involved going above and beyond. And the Hotel itself said no refund, again I know it was my mistake booking the room. Which was 5 days out from my original need date. But where is the loyalty or even a room credit for future stay. Needless to say they just lost hundreds of nightly stays for the next Decade I am in charge of room bookings for the Philadelphia area

This is a very convenient place to stay , we have done so 3 times now and will do again when we visit family. This time the breakfast room was dirtier than other times. There were large parties there so it’s understandable.

Room was beautiful, but room smelled like feet, I think it probably was the carpet, I came for family reunion and even my family members said it smelled the feet. I just went to Walmart and ordered glade candle and the smell went away.
