Hotel and room needs an update but was clean and comfortable for our needs. Staff at check in and out were so polite and helpful. We had two rooms and they gave us an early checkin for one of them as we were traveling with elderly parents. They were very kind and I appreciated their willingness to accommodate us even tho we arrived two hours early. We were disappointed that the kitchen was closed so no breakfast even tho it stated online that it was included. Bar was also closed but you could purchase wine, beer and snacks in their mini grocery. Beds comfortable and it was very quiet staying on the first floor. All in all, a good stay.

Much to be desired
Overall not terrible, however it poured and the rug in the floor near the windows was soaked. Wasn’t sure at first if it was from the AC that couldn’t keep up cooling the room or if it was from the windows. When I went down to the front desk, someone else was reporting their rug was soaked as well. The hotel appears in need of a facelift and some new windows. Also when I went to shower in the morning, there was no water. Front desk said there was a major plumbing issue and had no idea when the water may be back on. Hotel is also difficult to find with GPS. Directions bring you to a shopping mall/strip mall behind the hotel with no access to the hotel parking lot.

Great hotel stay under unfortunate circumstances
The hotel rooms were nice. The only issues were they had no hot water. Which effected laundry, ice machines, etc. The hotel was professional and sent me an email prior to my arrival about the hot water. The hotel was very accommodating with offering discounts or food for the inconvenience.

It’s a low-average. Reception helpfulness hit or miss. Property has seen better days - needs a refresh. My room was large and clean enough but old lighting fixtures, A/C units, etc. Does not feel like a Marriot level experience. No restaurant on premises and walkable options weren’t great. It’s an inexpensive option for Philly but not terribly close to center city.

We have stayed her 4 times and have been generally pleased with the service and cleanliness of the rooms. I would recommend that they install a couple of towel bars in the bathroom as well as a heavy duty safety bar when you step in to the tub.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not like the fact the when I checked in I was not informed that room service was every other day, so I could plan accordingly. Disappointed there was no telephone to the restaurant , hence no room service or order - pickup. Also not happy about the new policy of a 48 hr instead of 24 hour cancelation.
