I found the building to be in up-to-date condition, welcoming upon entry, and very clean. The service was quite friendly and effective. The restaurant service was hospitable and the food was high quality. Overall, a great experience.

It was a nice stay for me and my wife. We come here to have a peace of mind. We do this outing every other weekend for date night. The restaurant has been a great experience you will love it.

Poor management
Hotel suffered external water main break. That was unavoidable but had nothing to do with service. Management offered verbal apology, but fixed nothing. Never offered reservation options. Never offered refund options. Didn’t offer alternate hotel options. Thankful I had the means to pay for another place while I waited for my refund but other patrons without that option were forced to stay there with no running water in 90+ degree conditions. Bad situation made worse by poor planning, poor service and poor imagination.

This place was so relaxing! It was wonderful! The room was perfect for our son who is a wheelchair user. The staff was lovely, especially Nancy from the breakfast crew. It was a wonderful stay! We will stay again!
