Hotel is rundown, dirty, and hallways smell like mold. I was awoken every night of my stay at 12:30am due to people yelling in the front of the hotel near the cigarette dispensers and the noise carrying up to the 5th floor. Manager refused to give my family of 4 any additional towels and we were told to share and reuse.

Room was very dirty. Stains on almost everything. The one exception was the sheets, thankfully. Found short and curly hair on a lampshade. Toothpaste splatters on surfaces in bathroom. Grime pretty much everywhere. Toilet seat installed crooked so one side sinks in when you sit. Desk chair was broken so I could not lock it in upright position. I have pictures of everything but unable to upload in this form. Very disappointed.

This property is due for some updating. As a marriott member, I am use to excellence from marriott and this property does not represent that. Also if you are going to charge for parking at least have a secure area for the cars, the parking lot is shared with other businesses.
