Nestled in a beach resort that promises relaxation and recreation. This two-bedroom property, warmly welcoming one small, house-trained dog, is your perfect retreat just minutes away from the captivating Pevensey Bay.

As you enter, be captivated by the spacious and modern open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. The fully fitted kitchen caters to your every need with a fitted double oven, four-ring gas hob, built-in microwave, full-size integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials—from pots and pans to serving dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, and even a cafetiere. There are no facilities during off peak times, however, don't forget the beach is just a pebble’s throw from the mobile home and is great in the winter too. You could enjoy the surf during the blustery weather or wrap up warm and take a walk along the long and beautiful bay. Eastbourne, Battle and Hastings are also great winter places to explore.

While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.

For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.

The guest will be given a contact number for any issues arising during their stay. Our office is situated in the centre of Pevensey Bay High-Street and we are open during normal working hours.
