Exclusive apartments - high quality, modern and regionally adapted for up to 4 people in the heart of Arlberg. In order to create a welcoming atmosphere, we have chosen natural materials from the region for our modern and fully equipped apartments.

Look forward to:
• A high quality 70 sqm apartment,
• two bedrooms each with a double bed (180x200),
• and an open living, dining and kitchen area with its own TV,
• a fully equipped kitchenette,
• a modern bathroom with hairdryer,
• a separate toilet,
• of course our apartments have WIFI,
• a ski room with a ski / snowboard boot heater,
• and free car parking on site.

Our apartments are technically and ecologically up to date and therefore, achieve a high ecological balance. We operate a heat pump and a controlled room ventilation system with heat recovery in a high-quality insulated building envelope.
The windows and doors are equipped with contacts. When the windows / doors are open, the heating switches into an off mode. Therefore, we ask you to carry out only short-term ventilations.

You have the choice between balcony and terrace. Let yourself be charmed by the fresh mountain air and the fantastic view of the mountains.
