Temperatura de 8c , não tinha chuveiro com água quente. Região serrana isso não tem cabimento. Televisão antiquada . Controle remoto não funcionava . Não deram importância para minha solicitação da água quente no chuveiro. Sem papel higiênico. Nunca mais volto ! Não recomendo! Dinheiro jogado fora !

O atendimento foi bom , mas a estadia deixou muito a desejar . Televisão não funcionou, ar condicionado todo sujo sem grade , chuveiro não esquentava , internet não pegou , não posso opinar sobre o café da manhã porque não tive nem coragem de experimentar. A pousada em si não é feia mas tem muitos pontos a serem melhorados., principalmente no quesito limpeza e conforto dos hóspedes. O funcionário foi atencioso ao tentar resolver os problemas mas não conseguiu ajudar muito.

Precisa melhorar.
Muito desorganizados. Poderiam ter liberado o quarto até antes do horário e não o fizeram. Nos deixaram esperando mais de 30m. Chegando lá faltava toalhas. Roupa de cama molhada na cama de casal. Roupa de cama suja em outras camas. Fora as escadas que são muitas. Fuja se for com idosos ou com pessoas com limitação de mobilidade.Nessa acomodação nunca mais!

Lugar Tranquilo!
Local excelente! Ficamos bem a vontade na Hospedagem. Precisa de pequenos ajustes, porém foi bastante agradável. Sugestão para que a piscina seja limpa com frequência. Não havia ninguém no local para a limpeza da piscina.

Café da manhã razoável com pouca variedade. Qaurto estava limpo, mas falta manutenção pois choveu e teve goteiras na cama, na parte da cabeceira na cama de casal. Por causa da chuva não consegui usar o Wi-Fi e muito menos usar a tv nenhum dos dias que estive na pousada. Sugiro trocar a tv por uma smart pois os hóspedes poderam colocar algo do seu celular, tablet ou notebook. O ar-condicionado é de janela e funcionava perfeitamente.

Gastei muito da hospedagem. O Quarto precisa de alguns reparos mas nada que interfere na estadia. A banheira é maravilhosa, os funcionarios são atenciosos e muitos solícitos. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.
