Whether here for business or leisure it offers the perfect base for convenient access to all Mandurah offers, from restaurants, bars and cafes to beaches, the Estuary and nature walks. Two bedrooms, an open plan living area, outdoor seating and parking combine to tick all the boxes.

Tastefully decorated, the property is one of 12 in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is two storey with living downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The air-conditioned living area is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living leading out to a covered patio with an outdoor dining setting and a BBQ. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need and the adjacent dining suite seats 6. Relax on the comfy lounge in front of the smart TV or immerse yourself in one of the many books provided.

Upstairs the two well-appointed bedrooms also have reverse-cycle air-conditioning. The master houses a Queen bed and a built-in robe and the second a single bed. All linen is provided. The shared bathroom has a shower over the bathtub and a vanity, with a washing machine and sink tucked into the corner. There is a separate toilet.

With free WiFi and plenty of parking, this apartment will suit those looking for some rest and respite in a central location, while also offering the opportunity to easily explore Mandurah’s delights.
Location is where this property truly shines. Foreshore restaurants, bars and cafes are a short walk away, as are many amenities, entertainment options and nature walks.

Mandurah Forum, a large shopping mall with a wealth of shops, supermarkets and fooderies, is a short drive or 20 minute walk away, nearly opposite the popular Aquatic Centre. There is also a Woolworths and additional shops on the foreshore.

Head down the road to Winjan Reserve and enjoy the waterfront walks. See the Giants of Mandurah, a permanent outdoor art exhibition, and the Mandurah War Memorial. For cultural experiences, there’s a local gallery, the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, a cinema and the community museum.

Dolphin Quay is a lovely marina and a great place for lunch.
