Absolutely loved the Vibe Hotel. Conveniently located near lots of local cafes and shops and the train station. The room was amazing and very clean. The staff were wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel and my family and I will be back again. I personally rate this hotel a lot higher than the Crown Perth Metropol.
There was no issue at all with the property. It was clean, very convenient and the facilities in the room were great.
The issue was some of the staff.
We stayed for 7 days because we were visiting our family who live locally. We weren't told of any VIP benefits on arrival and appeared to be given a standard room on the second floor. No big deal.
A few days later we receive a complimentary bottle of wine and an excuse that Expedia hadn't provided them with our details. Again we couldn't care less.
On the 6th night we were almost asleep when we had guests enter our room. They were so apologetic and so surprised that the room was already occupied. One of them went back to reception and was mortified and highly embarrassed.
Then on our return from visiting our family the next day we were locked out of our room because of the previous nights incident, also our room was reset over night as we were woken up by the TV resetting in the early hours of the morning.
Close to the train station which was what we needed. Restaurant was closed at 2pm which wasn't so great after a long drive but beer was cold so that was ok.
25 minutes from airport. Great neighbourhood with lots of local dining options. Hotel is clean and quiet with all the amenities one expects in a full service hotel.
Very happy with our last-minute booking choice. Very friendly staff, love the rooftop bar, and close to other pubs and eateries in Subi, as well as public transport. New fav place to stay.
