Spacious 2 bedroom, well appointed, self contained guesthouse located in the Perth Hills, just minutes from award winning wineries, cafes, restaurants, walk trails, wildlife, national parks and other delightful attractions including the Perth Observatory and Zig Zag Art Gallery in the beautiful iconic Perth Hills Wine Region.
Conveniently located at the gateway to the beautiful Bickley Valley, 20 minutes away from the airport and 35 minutes from the CBD, it's your hideaway/retreat from the bustle of everyday life. Far enough away to escape, yet not far away from anywhere.
The Guesthouse is detached and to the side of the main house (where the owners reside), and has its own parking and entrance. This allows visitors the full use of the Guesthouse area and privacy with the luxury of the owner being close by should you need anything.

Beautiful cottage in great location
This is a beautiful property located close enough to everything that drew us to the Perth Hills and yet far enough away to feel like a quiet, private retreat. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The gardens around the house and the green views out the back add to the charm of this property. Excellent outdoor areas, perfectly positioned to enjoy breakfast as well as evening drinks out in the fresh air. Offstreet parking. The best part of the property are the hosts who make themselves available to help with anything you might need during.your stay. Great checkin process and ezcellent communication. Felt like a home away from home. Look forward to returning.

A Home away from Home
If you are looking for a home away from Home, then this property will fit the bill. Nestled in the foothills of the Darling Ranges it is a quiet, tranquil retreat for exploring the area around the Bickley Valley and Mundaring Weir. The bedrooms were spacious with a BIG Jack and Jill bathroom and the combined Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area was so easy to relax in. Pia and her family were perfect hosts, close by if needed, but completely unobtrusive. If you are attending a wedding in the area as we were, then this spacious holiday home is an absolute must. Said it was a guest house. Yes only a 2 bedroom but all the hallmarks of an actual home beautifully presented and spacious. Could not fault this property and the massive pool spa with massaging jets after a long week of golfing at Hartfeild was the icing on the cake!
