WiFi was not available, i.e. it was not on the list of available connections even in reception. Also there were no instructions on how to use the TV.
Staff were friendly and nice. Location is just on the edges of the city and a 20 min walk to the centre or railway stations. Floors were
Swept and horizontal surfaces very clean, but vertical not so much.
Building is quite old and minimum work has been done over the last decade or two and things like aircon barely work. However it’s a genuine 3 room apartment and the only place in or next to the city for under $100 per night where you have your own bathroom and free onsite parking so value for money is on par.
I was not a good fit for this hotel and ended up not staying after I saw the rooms. It is more appropriate for low budget travellers who don’t mind staying in a very run down accommodation.
I enjoyed my stay here, it's my 2nd time. The location is amazing, walk to every where, kings Park and the city on your door step. The staff were helpful and the room was clean. The only complaint i have is the TV was so small it was hard to watch in bed and i couldn't move it. The price is great and I would recommend this accommodation.

There was good communication on when to check in and how to arrange for the keys if I was arriving after hours. The parking was straight forward as you pull in and park in an empty space. The staff was friendly and helpful. The actual unit (hopefully all of them are not like this) desperately needed an upgrade. A fresh paint job, repairs to the doors and chipped areas, new plumbing fixtures and a new shower/tub could easily be done to raise the rating. The tv was so small that I think my computer monitor is bigger. There is nothing really in the bedroom area besides the beds. The kitchen is dated but did have all the amenities including refrigerator, toaster, microwave (old) etc. The location was nice as it was at the bottom of Mount near the bridge and down from the park.
I was looking for affordable accommodation in Perth and this apartment was in a great location as it’s approximately 7 mins walk to Elizabeth Quay and the train station.
