The Gatehouse Cottage is your home away from home. This boutique Swan Valley accommodation features a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with kitchen and lounge room.
The cottage boasts three Queen sized rooms (one with its own ensuite) all with their own tv’s, fridges and coffee and tea facilities.

The cottage is ideal for weddings, allowing you to stay comfortably with your bridesmaids, getting ready for the big day. Or why not take advantage of our day spa or health retreats with your friends.

Note - Gatehouse Cottage guests will not have full access to our grounds including the pool area. Brookleigh Estate consistently has wedding events on the grounds and wedding music and guests may be heard until 11.30pm.
