Can’t fault the staff, very friendly and helpful. Facilities in the room were good but the hotel is very dated and worn out. Parking was included which was handy and it is a short walk into the city centre so the location is convenient.

This is a really dirty and old hotel. The walls have blood on them, carpets are really bad. Bathroom and kitchen was not nice. Very old hotel needs upgrading. They shouldn’t be charging the prices they do.

It's very smelly and I could not sleep well at night bcz of terrible smell. Not very clear hotel. Photos in the website does not match. Sofa wax dirty , aircon was not working, difficult to get parking if u r lucky.

As always, the staff were nice and friendly. The hotel has gone downhill though needs to be renovated badly, the rooms are very outdated, the room we had did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom, there was one or two cockroaches running around the walls, the housekeeping needs training on how to make a bed.
