A great sized room, I really enjoyed having the space as it made it really easy to relax with a sofa and kitchen, and the little balcony was a nice bonus.
Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. It's obviously an old building so definitely needs some updates in some areas like power outlets by the bed for example, maybe put in some USB port outlets if you're upgrading things) the bathroom is poky and difficult to navigate and cold when you get out of the shower, minor issues though. It does need a good deep clean .. I did de grime a few things before I settled in but all in all perfectly fine.
Can't comment on breakfast/restaurant as I didn't use it.
Atrocious. Room was old, dirty and crawling with roaches. Fan in the bathroom was covered in months of dust, skirting falling off, paint flaking, sofa torn. Overall, not worth staying at, even at no charge.
Good location.
I forgot an audiphone cleaning case and because a different company does thr cleaning, the case was not returned to me a few hours later when i realised that forgot the case
The lady at reception was very polite room was clean enough except the aircon in main room as very dirty and you could smell it when we turned it on which is very unhealthy.The bed in main room was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep with all the springs sticking into us every time we turned over . Could see they are painting etc so hopefully they refurbish to

Use with a wipe down, they were abit dirty stayed in the same room twice. They did remove the broken chairs from the first to second visit but didn’t replace with anything. Great for parking if ur driving as there is not a lot of parking around this area

We were in Room 531
*Beds were well worn, and had no support
*Air-conditioned had thick, visible dust and grime
*Table was broken
*Chairs were torn and dirty
*Dirt and sticky areas on the walls
*The shower had mould and dirt build up
*The shower was an extreme hazard, as it would go cold one moments and boiling hot the next, it was unsafe for our toddler and children
*Kitchen tap was loose from the bench
*The level of noise coming from Level 6 was unbelievable
*Provided a portacot and yet no bedding
*Staff knew limited English- this presented to be a bit of a barrier
The free parking was all gone. Ended up paying $65 to park my car for not even 24 hours! It also looked like the room needed a really good clean including the hot plate!
