On the morning of check-out, we woke up to the electricity not working in the entire hotel. As a result, we could not use the kitchen, make coffee, take hot showers, or charge our mobile devices. We had to wait more than an hour for electricity to be restored. Despite electricity being restored around an hour before check-out time, hotel staff acted as if this was no big deal. I asked for a later check-out due to the situation, but was told I could only have a few extra minutes without being charged more money for late check-out. The complete lack of understanding from the staff was really strange and disappointing. Having electricity for a proper amount of time before check-out time is not a luxury. The hotel acted as if an hour of electricity was enough, and that we should just adjust to the given situation. The responses I got to my concerns were ignorant and rude. This is not how to treat guests, and I would never consider coming back to this hotel or recommending it to anyone.

I love the fact that I can walk to stores near me to eat or buy things… the room was extremely clean and they can do your laundry which was very helpful and not expensive. I recommend this place to everyone.

The place was very nice super well located you have everything around even you can attend to church right across the street. Very friendly ,kind and helpful staff. They all were very nice morning and night shift crew. We will definitely come back . Amaamazin amazing. Small and cute hotel. Good air-conditioning, shower, hot water, and pretty room with many accommodations like mini stove & refrigerator. No breakfast but has coffee, tea, and cereal and a very good place just in the front door. If I came back to Pereira I will stay here again.

The front desk personnel had always a smile on their faces ready to help me and my family. The rooms were clean everyday. Although, breakfast were not included there were coffee, crackers and cereal available 24/7 in the lobby. It was worth every dollar.

The service provided by the receptionists was respectful and thoughtful. They very very knowledgeable, attentive, respectful and courteous. The hotel is very cute and clean. It is located in a centric area, close to downtown. Surprisingly, it wasn't noisy, given the area were it is located. The avenue were it is located is known for their nice restaurants and bars. Just 20 min away from the airport, and within a walkable distance to the downtown. Totally recommended.
