This property was beautiful, my family and I loved the pool . On our first day there service was very slow . I ordered an order of empanadas and four drinks and waited an hour and still had not received it . I went to the bar and the bartender had forgotten to place the order , he was not apologetic at all . The bartenders colleague was very nice and apologized. As we continued our stay the staff was nice , service was a bit slow . The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful .

The AC was not working in the whole floor and it was late when we checked in so we had to change rooms but for my siblings they didn’t have more rooms they have them 1 fan and for the other room they just had to sleep very hot. Next day they moved everyone but it was not a pleasant experience.
