Check-in was a breeze since we did it online, and the person at the front desk was really nice and professional. However, when we got to our room, we noticed we barely had any toilet paper, and with three adults, that was a problem. I had to call the front desk to get at least one roll. On the third day, there was no cleaning service—just fresh towels and the trash taken out, but the beds weren't made and the room wasn't cleaned.
At breakfast, the potatoes were still frozen inside even though they’d been microwaved. That was our first and last breakfast at the hotel. I tried to bring it up at the front desk since the woman in the kitchen didn’t speak English, but the front desk staff just ignored me instead of addressing the issue.
