We left a hotel in Panama City that was dirty and unsafe. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a smile and checked us in early. While there we were treated as very warmly. The suite was very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our time there! Hospitality was present everyday to ensure that our room was clean and always asked if they could do anything for us. Will definitely go back next year!!!

Pools were great. Warm and nice for swimming in November. The beach view was hard to see from pools because of the sand dunes, but that was the only thing I would have changed.

Well maintained hotel, our room was spotless with plenty of hot water and it was sound proof. Only issue I had was i wish it had more water pressure in the shower and that we had some kind of control over the temperature in the room.

The pool was pretty, but we didn’t get into it. The view was great of the ocean kinda had a smell to it. The whole place but overall was OK except for the 45 roaches we saw in the room, asked for a free room or rebate and haven’t heard anything from anybody not terribly friendly at the front desk either there was a couple Mexican guy running around there working on stuff they seem to be very nice

Room was absolutely infested with roaches, Expedia refused to refund and make the situation right. AVOID this location at all costs, and i recommend using a different service to handle your bookings as well. I have photo and video as proof of everything. This establishment is disgusting, and i can't imagine what the back of house looks like.

The room was old and a bit more dirty than I would have liked but overall it was nice. The sound of the waves is amazing. Everyone was friendly. We weren’t there long to explore and take advantage of the amenities but we enjoyed our stay.
