Beautiful Condo on a BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!

Just steps away from white sand and the gorgeous emerald waters of Navarre.(no streets to cross) Navarre Beach is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach which includes miles of undeveloped beaches.

Our condo is on the 2nd floor, looking directly down onto the swimming pool and tennis courts. The balcony has plenty of outside chairs and table for enjoying your morning coffee, or evening beverages!

There is a queen size bed in the master with it's own private bathroom and shower. The guest room also has a queen size bed. The living room is large and spacious and decorated with beautiful leather couches as well as an over-sized chair with ottoman for you to relax on after a long day at the beach or pool. One of the couches has a queen size pull out bed, as well as a roll-away in the master bedroom closet!

There is plenty of sitting at the large kitchen table, as well as plenty of bar-stools at the breakfast bar for sitting and eating.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you will need for making full meals while you are staying with us!

There are beach chairs, umbrella and other beach items in the outside closet of the condo for you to use as well! We also have a full size washer/dryer for your use.

I believe you will find our condo nicely decorated and has everything you will want for a great, affordable vacation!

Our stay at Beachview was amazing, couldn’t have picked better accommodations or location, absolutely perfect. The location is close enough for traveling to Destin and Pensacola, which made it nice. Communicating with management was very easy and responses were very quick. All in all we couldn’t have been happier with our stay, it was absolutely perfect. Great place to stay, and really close to the beach! They had 6 chairs for the beach, 2 beach umbrellas, beach buckets and boogie boards! Just make sure to bring your own dishwashing detergent. They had 2 tablets there for our family of 5 for 3 nights, and they ask for you to start a load before you leave. We would definitely stay here again

Loved how close the ocean was. Nice large living area with super comfy furniture and nice size bedrooms along with 2 full size bathrooms. Price was awesome too! Loved Navarre! We enjoyed Andy Ds restaurant! Ate there 3 times.

Property was very nice and comfortable for our family of five. Great location on the beach, couple of minutes walking and you’re there. Quiet unit with adequate space and amenities. Quiet beachfront condo
Nice place even though it’s older. We have been visiting Navarre for over 25 years. This is one of the original condos from then and updates have been made. Just know if you’re on the 2nd floor pool side there are no elevators. Just stairs. Also no ramp to the beach. More stairs so I would recommend if visitors could not climb stairs. Overall we made it work with a walker and a cane for one of our family members. Would definitely stay here again due to it being very quiet.

Great communication, quiet, felt safe, next door to the only Navarre beach hotel with a cafe and restaurant, close driving to many restaurants without feeling like being in a commercial area. Beach was great, lifeguards and chair rentals. Shells vary on waves, tides and storms. Kitchen was an electric stove( took getting used to), micro, toaster and coffee maker and full size fridge/ice maker. Didn’t use the pool or tennis court/ pickle ball court as it was cold at the time. Smart TV and beach chairs were helpful to have provided.

Filthy pigsty
The place was filthy, mold and mildew in kitchen, pots/pans were disgusting and had bugs crawling around on them, residence smelled like mildew/mold, kitchen cupboards had mold on them, the doors were filthy. We had to leave after 30 minutes as my wife was getting physically sick from the mold/ mildew. Reservation was cancelled and a full refund was issued. Had to go to a hotel. VERY DISSATISFIED. This needs to be investigated . I have pictures of what we encountered upon arrival that I would like to submit if I could.
