This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom island villa comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, including all adults and children, and offers guests an unrivaled experience in terms of luxury, location, and amenities. Designed by a renowned local architect, the 2,600 square foot coastal residence is a commanding presence in the upscale subdivision of Heron's Walk. The development's outdoor pool is conveniently located right across the street. Sugar white sand beaches and the sparkling azure water of the Gulf are waiting just a short walk away. A snorkeling reef is off the beach at Public Access 1, which is just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach house. Located just off of Johnson Beach Road, this large three-story home offers expansive private balconies which provide a unique vantage point to view both sunrises and sunsets.

Perdido Key's largest beach is the Johnson Beach National Seashore Preserve and a short walk or bike ride from The Sailfish. This local treasure offers guests the perfect location for sunning, swimming, surfing, and enjoying our beautiful world-class beaches. The Sailfish is the ultimate coastal retreat for the discerning traveler and the perfect location for small groups. Our goal is to make your stay at The Sailfish surpass any other gulf coast travel experience you have ever had.

The home consists of two guest bedrooms and a large master suite. The master suite is definitely something to see! The custom closet is luxurious. And who needs a spa when you have this designer bathroom? Relax and refresh in this big walk-in shower after a salty day or pamper yourself with a soak in the free standing tub. This suite overflows with natural light which pours in from the private third-floor balcony. But don't worry. Sleeping in is no issue with automatic wireless shades that remain drawn until you're ready to rise and shine from your comfortable king-size bed.

Additional sleeping arrangements have been met with group travelers in mind. One of the guest bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed and the other bedroom has a set of full-over-full bunk beds and twin-over-twin bunk beds. Conveniently, both guest bedrooms have their very own full bathroom with custom walk-in showers. The living room has a sleeper sofa providing additional sleep space, if needed.

Perdido Key Resort Management has a professionally trained team of vacation planners on hand to ensure that every detail of your vacation is taken care of. It is our goal to help facilitate truly remarkable vacations and enjoy all that Perdido Key has to offer. With this in mind, our "Perdido Keys To Fun" program offers our clients access to popular attractions. Excursions include one free daily round of golf and cart to one of three local golf courses, free deep sea fishing, free dolphin boat cruises and tickets to OWA amusement park and/or new water park.

Helpful information for our travelers: Free high-speed wifi is available throughout the home. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. The gas grill on the 2nd floor balcony is not available for guest use. Johnson Beach is the best option for beach days, however, the public beach access is just as close to the home. An annual pass to Johnson Beach is only $45 and is good for a year. Daily passes for a vehicle with up to 7 people is $25. The home has a full-size washer and dryer along with a very large butler pantry. The range is a natural gas cooktop and the home features a tankless water heater. The coffee maker is a Keurig. The guest bedroom televisions are set up for guests to be able to stream programs provided they bring a streaming device whereas the living room and master suite feature expanded cable television service.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Perfect Location
We came to Perdido Key on a family trip without knowing a lot about it and this house turned out to be the perfect location! You walk out of the neighborhood and are just steps away from Johnson Beach which is a part of the Gulf Shores National Park and the perfect place to set up for a day on the beach. If you treat this house like a beach rental and not a hotel…the amenities were to standard. You will need to bring toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. but the kitchen is well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great vacation home
We found the home very comfortable for our family of 8 adults and 2 infants. The kids had plenty of playing space inside & on the patio when we were at home before going to beach. We opted to use the Gulf Islands National Park beach which is just a 5 minute drive and it was perfect. We would park about 10 minutes from the beach but first drop all equipment & people except the driver. Definitely a great time was had by all. The only concern we had was the upstairs master bedroom mattress cover was stained and we did not know that until checkout. It needs attention or replacement for future guests. Otherwise, wonderful stay.

The house was just as described…spacious and nicely decorated. There were a couple of small hiccups upon arrival but management was very attentive! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely reserve again!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Spacious house in a great location
The home itself was wonderful. Tons of space inside and out. The proximity to the neighborhood pool was also a plus. Overall the house was clean, but it could’ve really used a dusting. Many surfaces had clearly not been dusted in quite some time. The property was also lacking many essentials. The property management company provides one trash bag, no extra toilet paper, one rolls of paper towels, and one tide pod. We stayed for five nights, and for a house that sleeps 14, that seems a little bit silly. They told me we needed to provide our own products. It is such a simple thing for them to provide these items and such a convenience for guests. Overall we had a nice time.

Very close to Johnson beach which was not too crowded when we were there. The main floor room has a king bed, up stairs the master bedroom has a king and a pull out couch, the third and last room has 2 bunk beds (2 full and 2 twin). The living room on the main floor also has a pull out couch. The place was beautiful and our family enjoyed it very much. We had 9 adults and 3 kids (3-8). The place is clean, there were no extra toilet paper or paper towels. There are pots and pans to use but no oil, seasoning/condiments available. Not too big of a deal, would stay again!

Fabulous home close to National Seashore at Johnson Beach
This home is beautifully decorated and spacious! There are porches off the living room, dining area and the Master. The National Seashore is only 1/4 Mile away and has no condos or homes for an authentic beach experience.
