Fall in love with the spectacular views of the bay from your inviting living room and master bedroom. Savor both the sunrise and sunset from your picture perfect place. Kayak, canoe, jet ski, swim and fish from your Innerarity Townhome. The bay is shallow and is an ideal area to paddle around with your pair of single kayaks stored about 15 feet away from the water.

Enter through the private gate to your inviting townhome to find your carport complete with patio, grill, picnic table, chairs and your own kayaks for exploring the beautiful bay. Up the steps, enter your welcoming living room where South Park, Colorado meets Perdido Bay. Your host hails from South Park so the mountains and nature of Colorado meet the bay.

Stunning water views from the balcony sliding door await. The cozy waterfront living room with 54" Smart TV with Roku, cable, DVD player, movies, games, puzzles and high speed wifi is open to the dining area, and a spacious well equipped kitchen with plenty of gadgets. A powder room with your washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen.

Two nicely sized bedrooms with two full bathrooms are located up the stairs on the upper floor. Delight in your master suite featuring a huge sliding door to your private bay front balcony with two loungers. Sweet dreams await with a new queen premium memory foam mattress, plenty of space, and a long double vanity in your master bathroom. A new master bedroom 40" LED LCD Roku TV has just been added.

Down the hall is a second full bath and second bedroom with another comfortable queen bed. Sleeping four in style, this is the ideal location for one or two couples or for a small family.

There is no need to stay at a crowded high rise on a busy beach when you can savor a getaway just off the beaten path in beautiful Perdido Key, but so close to everything you want. A community swimming pool with bay views and a clubhouse including a fitness room with two treadmills and two stationary bikes are also just a quick walk away. You can't miss the lovely pool and cozy clubhouse which you will see as soon as you enter through the gate.

Enjoy the gulf waters at Johnson's Beach National Seashore, restaurants, pubs, along with the famous Flori-bama at the Florida and Alabama state line. It is just 20 minutes to downtown Pensacola, and the Pensacola International Airport is 30 minutes away.
