We booked the presidential suite and told them up front when we booked we had a dog. We get there and we told no dogs allowed in suites. Which the main reason for renting was the jetted tub. Well we got move to a regular king room that didn’t even have premium tv stations. And even with the issue we had we still got charge full price. No where on there website or at the desk for it say pets not allowed in suites. They could have did something for us but it was just about money with them. We were not at all happy with the way this turned out at all.

From checkin to check out, the staff were great. The motel was so clean. The rooms were clean and smelled so good. The pool area was clean also. Definitely will be staying there on our next trip down to Pensacola.
