I thought the beds would be a little bigger. Usually two people fit there ok but my two boys had to fit sideways. Not sure what was different. Felt smaller than a full size bed.

The tub in the bathroom had blood in it. The shower curtain had an odor. We were not able to take a shower on our checkout date. We don’t think to take pictures, but I did tell management when we checked out about the bathroom. Ur first issue was the keys didn’t work to get into our room

There were large roaches in the room. The deadbolt on the door wouldn't unlock and we had to get help from the office. The flooring had gaps around the perimeter of the wall because it wasn't installed properly. The price was too high for this quality. More in line with the price of a Days Inn.

We were there for 7 days. We were checked into a room that was unavailable and when they switched rooms, they only booked for 1 day. During our entire stay, we had our sheets and towels changed once. There were bugs in the room. The bathroom was so small that I couldn't close the door when sitting on the toilet.

We had a good stay and the room we stayed in was very clean. The manager Donald was so awesome, and the house keeping people Ronald and Maria were so amazing!! The price was also very good!! We would definitely stay there again. As far as what could be better, we would say the side parking lot asphalt, and the bathroom tub, because although it was very clean, it looked old and warned out. The hotel itsself needs some upgrades, however, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were great during a busy few days of people evacuating the hurricane. Not once did any complain with the business and being short staffed. They seemed to accommodate everyone the best they Could. The rooms were clean and I did not see one bug. Also I brought my dog and there was a dog walk area with bags provided.
