We booked here because we knew it would be raining outside and they had an outside pool. Unfortunately their pool heater was broken so they water was ice cold and we were unable to swim. When I approached the front desk about it they were very rude and rolling their eyes. Other than the rude receptionists the rest of the staff in the hallways and around the hotel were extremely welcoming! We loved the place besides those two instances. Room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was great!
We had a quick stay because of an early flight, food was available which was good and it was late at night. The room was clean and very nice and was happy it had a small refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.
The beds were rough. You could barely open the doors without running to push it open. The staff were amazing but the quality of the hotel was not what i paid for
The first room had an A/C unit that sounded like a generator going full blast there was no way we would have been able to sleep. The second room also had A/C issue but this one had a high pitched whistle. The room was dirty. Even my bed didn’t have a flat sheet on top of the fitted sheet.
I did put in a work order for the A/C in the 2nd room, but when I asked about it later the same day the guy at the desk said he had no work order records and had no way of checking anything. These guys don’t care at all about their customers.
The front desk, staff and lobby area were very charming and welcoming. My review is pertaining to my hotel room specifically. The shower had very bad mold and a lot of dirt in it! The furniture was very old and outdated. Not very clean at all in the hallway leading to my room. Or in my room for that matter.
Being near the airport was the best part of the room.
Checked in late, was a bug in my room. The border across the wall was half missing. Dust on nightstand and behind room divider. Blinds were dirty. Bathroom was disgusting with stains very uncomfortable. Walls were dirty. Run down. Ceiling was creaking all night. Not a pleasant experience
Outside the facility seemed to be maintained. Unfortunately, my room was not clean, had a smell and was in need of major updating. We also had issues with the TV continuously going out. Not sure the issue with the AC as it was extremely loud in the room.
