The Gin Rocks Loft is part of a charming 5-plex located on a spacious property with 270 feet of stunning shoreline. The property feels like a small resort, with the comforts and luxuries of home, featuring brand-new interiors and modern amenities. This unit is spacious and stylish with a basement and a cozy loft that the whole family will enjoy! The large sandy beach is perfect for families with children, and there’s plenty of space for sunbathing!

* Bedroom 1: 1 Twin over Double Bunk Bed (main floor)
* Bedroom 2: 1 Twin over Double Bunk Bed and 1 Twin over Twin Bunk Bed (main floor)

* Loft Bedroom: 1 Double Bed (requires climbing ladder)

*The main floor living room is stylish and unique, featuring all-new, comfortable furniture and a smart TV for your entertainment. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of fun by the lake.
*The basement living area is accessible by a spiral staircase (not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues) and features a comfy couch, basketball hoop, dart board and smart TV. You can also access the backyard through the walkout basement door.

* Water Toys: Guests will have shared access to a variety of water toys, including 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and 2 water trampolines—there’s plenty to go around!
* There are picnic tables and muskoka chairs for guest use.
Our cleaners and groundskeepers may be onsite during your stay. We are always available by phone or text if you need anything.
-The Georgian Bay water levels can change, affecting the size of the beach, but the large grassy area is always available.
- Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.
- Firewood is available for purchase on-site.

Watercraft use is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any incidents. If you plan to bring your own boat, the nearby marina has docking services, and Diverse Rentals offers a 10% discount to our guests.

Up to two pets are permitted during your stay. Please ensure that you have added them to the booking and agree to our pet policy.
Our pet policy is as follows:
You must never leave your pets unattended
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside
Any damage caused by your pet will be 100% your responsibility and you will have to cover the cost of any repairs.
Do not allow your pets to bark excessively or disturb the neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet.
Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we'd like to keep them that way) so that our linens don't get stained or accumulate dog hair.
Out of respect for the neighbours please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.
Absolutely no parties are allowed.
This unit has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests on the property at any time. Exceeding this limit may result in a request to leave, and additional charges for extra guests will apply. All guests must be registered at the time of booking. Extra guests, including day visitors, are not permitted. The apartment is in a building that is shared with 4 other rental units, and respect for the neighbouring units is important. Please keep noise levels down and respect each other's space.
