Amazing Hotel - Highly Recommended
To be honest, this hotel was excellent from the moment of arrival through to checking out. The service of every single staff member was exceptional making my day with every interaction whether it was a greeting in passing or a conversation at breakfast or the reception. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and really would highly recommend this hotel as a place for a business stay or family vacation.

One Surprising Blind Spot
The property and grounds are absolutely outstanding. The staff are also exceptionally superior. However, the Food & Beverage service was incongruously inferior — breakfast was same as a Days Inn, happy hour wines were excellent, but served with Doritos and peanuts! Price fixed dinner and cocktails were grossly over-priced. Too bad, otherwise a quite impressive hotel.

Its been a long time since I stayed somewhere that felt like home. The staff was so pleasant and cheerful, the complimentary social hour led to new friendships and all accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night but look forward to returning and staying longer.

The staff at the Royal Palms could not be more pleasant. They were truly gracious and hospitable. My only discontent was that I had to pay for an additional night stay when I shortened my stay, It was my understanding that I paid an additional fee for this consideration, but the staff suggested I bring that to the attention of Expedia. So am I due a refund from Expedia?

Lovely hotel with fabulous gardens. We had a huge room with a kitchen alcove and a large patio. The breakfast was large and high quality, the public rooms very pretty and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and we shall certainly go back.
