Villa LOS TULIPANES in Monte Pego

Spacious villa in a quiet and sunny location, with stunning views over the orange groves to the sea, for 6-7 people. The chalet has two floors, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 complete bathrooms of which one en suite, a living room and beautiful views, a dining room and a well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer. An extra bed is available. Downstairs, with independent access, there is another bedroom with bathroom (accessed from the pool).In front of the living area there is a smal terrace, with tables and chairs and amazing views to the sea and the pool area. The terraces around the pool invite you to sunbathe, relax and enjoy the magnificent views over the Marjal de Pego to the sea. The villa and the terraces are fully furnished and equipped; air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, internet wifi, TV-sat with international channels, washing machine, dishwasher and, for the winter, fireplace and electric radiators. At the entrance of the plot there is a barbecue and table with chairs, as well as 2 private parking spaces.
The house has surveillance cameras installed to monitor the entrance gate and the swimming pool. 
The quiet location of the villa at the Urbanizacion Monte Pego, which has its own small infrastructure with several restaurants and tennis courts, is 8 km from the sandy beaches and the old town of Pego which provides several supermarkets, restaurants, and its attractive weekly market. About 10 km away is the large shopping center "El Portal de la Marina '' where you will find all your needs. The charming Dénia region which has a lot to offer is only 15 km away: great restaurants, bars, wide range of leisure activities, marina, fishing port, interesting historic center, quaint open air and covered markets, and a bustling nightlife. For those interested in golfing: 2 golf courses, Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort, are 12-18 km away from the villa.
Monte Pego is situated pretty much halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are about 1 hour car drive away.
Villa Los Tulipanes offers a wonderful stay close to long sandy beaches, rocky beaches, historic towns. It is surrounded by stunning mountain formations if you are interested in hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing. For those who prefer to hike or bike on flatter landscapes there is the natural park and lovely biking trails.
