The villa offers space for 4 persons and is distributed in 2 double bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom with bathtub, a guest toilet, modern living-dining room with electric radiators and wood burning fireplace, a small glazed terrace with magnificent sea and mountain views, and a well equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, etc. The two bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning, electric radiators, closets and windows with mosquito nets. 

 
From the pool area there are wonderful views over the Marjal de Pego to the sea, the sun terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax on the sun loungers. And for barbecue lovers there are two types of BBQ, one gas and one portable, perfect for a meal with family or friends. 

The villa and the terraces are fully furnished and equipped; Spanish and German satellite TV, Wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the small room below the house. Private parking with carport at the entrance of the plot.
 
The house is perfect for the winter months as it has electric radiators in both bedrooms and living room. The radiators are solar powered.

Calm situation at 10 km from the large sandy beaches. Monte Pego offers it's own small infrastructure with restaurants and tennis courts. The ancient town of Pego, with several supermarkets and a charming farmer´s market, is at 7 km, too. Also the village of Els Poblets offers a supermarket and different shops and can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The big shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" is 10 km away, 10 minutes. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia, at 20 minutes from the villa, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort) are at only 12 and 18 km from the villa. Monte Pego is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 15 minutes.
For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
