Decent hotel for the price, they don't clean your room which was weird, no soap or shampoo in bathroom, and you have to ask for more towels....we stayed 3 nights, only supplied with 2 towels to start.

There’s no curtains so it’s very bright when you’re sleeping. It’s also extremely loud. There’s a lot of restaurants that play very loud music all night long.

We did not know it was an extended stay hotel when we booked. The room had a dormitory like feel with no towels. We needed a proper hotel stay for my elderly mother to be comfortable. We stayed less than 15 minutes and checked out. Wood Spring declined to refund our payment.

Coffee was an issue. No coffee pot on room. But you could purchase a coffee pot package. Also no hair dryer. No black out curtains so room stayed lit up like a darn Christmas tree all night. Dirty washcloth was hanging from my shower rod when I got there. So that was lovely. Just overall, not great.

Most hotels provide little shampoos so my husband didn’t bring any so he had to use a bar of soap . Also no blow dryer . But it was still nice
