We needed to move rooms the first night quite late and John was very helpful and got everything sorted quickly. Katha was amazing, super kind and made sure all our dietary restrictions were accommodated; she made every meal amazing. Ganesh and Riya helped us make our daily itineraries and showed exemplary customer service. Anurag was another notable mention that went out of his way to make sure our journey home went well. Definitely would recommend staying here as the property itself is gorgeous as well. "

"This is the most clean, comfortable and welcoming stay I've had in my 7 week journey through India. The room was beautifully decorated with solid wooden furniture. It was light, airy and spacious. The bed was so comfortable, and the white linen soft and clean. We slept so well. The staff listened to us and gave us so much advice during our one night stay. The food was incredible too. Traditional Keralan food - with plenty of choices. We also appreciated the bar. Our only criticism would be the loud Western music which was played during our meal. We prefer Indian music when in India, but that's just us - and only a minor point. We are so pleased we stayed and would have loved to have stayed longer. lots of also appri"
