When we turned on the jets to the bathtub it put a bunch of hair and debris in the tub. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice the bacon wasn’t crispy at all so we skipped that.

The breakfast could have a little more variety, maybe some fresh fruit and the breakfast meats a little crispier maybe add potatoes but other then that it's been a great stay!

Majestic Mountain is a nice motel which has a great location. The intake was not overly friendly but the room was relatively clean. It is a little ironic that the rooms are non-smoking but there is an ashtray and chair directly in front of the rooms.

When we checked in there was a drink on the floor near the fridge and after opening the fridge the same drink spilled inside so I cleaned it up. It also freezes any food you put in the fridge. Everything else has been great.

This is an older hotel so we didn’t have high expectations. Just a pleasant stay to sleep. The room had an odor like someone sprayed syrup all over the room. We were sneezing and it gave me a headache. I tried to call the front desk but no one answered so I physically went to the office. When I got there, the door was unlocked and there wasn’t anyone inside. I waited for about 10 minutes and decided to try to find someone. I found the front desk girl walking around the outside of the hotel and she was on her personal phone from what I could I could tell talking to a manager because she kept asking him questions that I was asking. When I inquired about the smell she basically blamed the cleaning crew and told me I should open up the window to air out the room. I had already done that and it didn’t work. They made no attempt to offer me a new room and it wasn’t a busy night at all. This hotel is in desperate need of an update. The paint on the inside of this room needs touch up and the electrical outlets need to be looked at because the microwave and the coffee maker plugs had to be sitting just right or they didn’t work. The plugs next to the bed won’t even hold a cord. They just fall out. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!

The staff were very kind and efficient. We are traveling with our small dog. We were obviously in a ‘dog room’ but it felt very clean which was amazing because it was old, well used. Howevee i wouls gighly recommend the eug be seep cleaned or teplaced!
