The gate broke down on the first day, called the management and that stupid boss picked up the phone with an agnorant attitude, no one arrived. Called them the next morning and finally someone answered, tooked them an hour to come and couldnt fix the gate, they left after 15 mins not able to fix the gate and said they will come back later. we waited for 3 hours and called management again, finally they sent a real engineer to fix. on.the third day, the gate broke down again, we went out and called the management to fix, when we came back, the remote didnt work AGAIN, and we had to wait for another hour outside the villa. Simply REDICULOUS. the location was not convenient at all, to walk to the beach took 20mins and no taxi could be found nearby. we had to take photos of neraby facilities i.e. the ATV, so taxi drivers at least knew where to find our villa, as it had no "official" address, just some unknown number in an unknown road. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful, however we are very dissapointed in the attitude of the owner and THE STUPID GATE FOR BREAKING DOWN 3 DAYS OUT OF 4 DAYS of our stay. we had a can of coke mysteriously consumed from our mini bar, and the we had to call for water every single morning(except the day we checked out)
