5/5 – Outstanding Stay at Holiday Inn! I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. But what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Fan. Fan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always had a warm smile that made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about guests the way she does. Her attentiveness and positive energy really stood out and made a huge difference in my overall experience. Thank you, Fan, and the entire Holiday Inn team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning — and I’ll be recommending this hotel to friends and family!

This hotel has nice wide open lobby with decent rooms. Room interiors are satisfactory in this budget and provides all needed. Its value for money. Gym was less than what I expected, very basic equipments are available. There is scope of improvement. There is baby swimming pool 4’ on terrace can not be used by adults. Hotel is located in a small lane , quite unusual for IHG brand. Initially it was very disappointing however GRAB services was effective.

Good afternoon. My stay at the hotel was quite nice. The staff was friendly and the tour(excursion) operator(Thi) was very polite full , friendly and have a great personality. Would recommend to family and friends to stay at this location. The bed was on the hard side . Could’ve been on the softer side would have been nice
