Two fully enclosed holiday villas, each with a private pool and tropical garden, in an exclusive resort with VIP-taxi-service, security guard and daily cleaning service

These beautiful holiday villas, each with a private pool, are located almost right in the center of Pattaya. It will not be easy to find a secluded villa closer to the city and the beach: with a scooter it will only take you about five minutes to be right on the beach or in Pattaya's lively city center. Pattaya's boulevard Soi LK Metro offers a colorful nightlife and a good selection of restaurants and shopping centers by day - making it the perfect location for both a relaxing and a fun vacation.

The resort is guarded by security personnel. There is also a daily maid service. Every four to five days fresh linen and towels are provided. The villas each have their own washing machine, but if you don't feel like doing the washing on your holidays, you can also use the resort's laundry service: for a fee, your clothes will be delivered to you freshly ironed.

The resort also offers a VIP taxi service. Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by the resort's private driver at the exit with your name on a sign. And after he has driven you from the airport directly to your villa, he will also be happy to assist you during your stay at any time for trips to the beach, the city, the supermarket, the restaurants or other excursions (for a service charge).

On request you can also rent scooters (if you make a note with your booking, the scooter will be available on arrival in front of your villa).

Please note: Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 200 Euros. This will be returned to you on your departure. Electricity is not included in the rental price, at check-out the electricity meter is read and billed accordingly (1 KW = 8 Baht). Use of water is free of charge.

Ideally located both close to the beach and city center of Pattaya and Jomtien beach, you have the unique opportunity to choose between relaxation and entertainment: If you are looking for peace and quiet, Jomtien is the right choice with a quiet beach, a long promenade, cosy restaurants, small shops and the famous Rompho night market. For entertainment, Pattaya is the place to go.

Around Pattaya and Jomtien you will find a blue bus line that will bring you to the restaurants, bars, markets and grocery stores for just a few Baht (between 10 and 20 Baht). The nearest restaurants and 24-hour supermarkets, such as a 7-Eleven, are just minutes away from your villa.

From the living room you walk through the sliding doors to the terrace (70 m2) where you find a private swimming pool and beautiful garden, with sunbeds and beach chairs for a relaxed stay.
There is a BBQ by the terrace so you and your friends can enjoy a nice evening together.
The living has a seating area with a flat-screen TV, big dining area, fully Air-conditioned with ceiling fans. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences such as a refrigerator, freezer, hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine.
There are 6 bedrooms: 5 bedrooms with double beds and 1 Bedroom with 2 beds.
All the bathrooms have a hairdryer.

Outside you will find shaded seating and a barbecue area. The terrace has direct access to the pool. The garden, with palm trees and flowers, is right next to the private pool. The size of the pool is 5 x 8 meters, with crystal clear water that is warmed by the beautiful weather in Pattaya, with its tropical sunshine.

On arrival we will welcome you at the villa and give you information about Pattaya and surroundings.
The beds will be made and 4 towels will be provided on each Bedroom. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles drinking water.

We have a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you max. 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.

Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge by normal usage.

You have access to the complete villa and the private swimming pool.
