The staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. I loved spending my time at this hotel, the facilities are top quality. Being connected to terminal 21 was very handy. Would 100% recommend a stay, I will be coming back next year.

Everything was great about this hotel. The room was perfect, breakfast was outstanding with a lot of variety, and the location was great — right at Terminal 21 mall.
The view from the bar at the pool. There is no alcohol in the hotel (at least when we were there) but there is a grocery store.
This is at the front of the mall, if you go in and go to “London” (level 1 at the far end), you’ll find a Foodland and you can bring anything into the pool area you want.

I had an amazing stay at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 Pattaya! The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located right next to the mall and the beach. The rooms are spacious with beautiful sea views and everything is very well maintained. The pool area is stunning — one of the best in Pattaya — and the staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety and high quality. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and luxury. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays!

Overall an average stay. I was expecting more. The check in was quite slow and there was only one person behind the reception. The room was on the 18th floor and didn’t blow me away. I’m not a fan of having two single beds put together to create a double/king. The bedding was also for single beds put together. Two of the pillows had stains on. The free no alcohol mini bar and snacks was a nice touch. A nice view of the pool from the balcony. Bathroom was ok and I liked the rainfall shower and the water pressure was very good. The swimming pool and water park area was very good. Location is really good.
