A unique 2 storey villa built with elegance and taste, respecting in full the traditional Patmian architecture out of wood and stone. The west orientation of the villa offers a spectacular view of the sunset and a panoramic view of the Aegean sea.
The villa is strategically located at the outskirts of Chora, the island’s renowned capital, fully accessible by car, yet a 5 minute walk away of Chora’s main square. The Interior is tastefully decorated with an emphasis in comfort and style.
On the entry level, the villa features one double bedroom with an additional (medium sized bed) bunk bed and a second bedroom with one double bed plus one spacious bathroom with shower. On the upper level there is a second bathroom with shower and an open space living / dining room / kitchen leading out to a large beautiful furnished terrace enjoying a dining table for 6guests, 2 sunbeds and a private jacuzzi with spectacular panoramic view of the Aegean and the setting sun.
