The 6th bedroom duals as the family room and features a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed. The 5th and 6th bedroom share the 3rd bathroom which has a single sink and a large walk-in, dual head, tiled shower. All mattresses are brand new and are the highly-rated Casper mattresses. Bedrooms one through four all have TVs in them.

Barn Unit (sleeps 4):
The main sleeping area boasts a Farmhouse King size bed with a highly-rated, extremely comfortable Casper mattress. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed with a mattress topper giving extra padding for sink-worthy comfort.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Main House:
This is a gourmet chef's dream kitchen....complete with a Viking 6-burner stove top with a center griddle and dual ovens, a 60" side-by-side stainless steel Kenmore refrigerator, a microwave oven, a warming drawer, and enough counter space to cook a 5-course meal for dozens. Reverse Osmosis (RO) water and whole house water filtration runs throughout.

The 1500 sf garage has been converted into an awesome game room with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, basketball hoop, ping pong table and exercise equipment. The family room is equipped with a 70" TV, a 15' leather sofa with lounge chairs on either end. The living room features a gas fireplace for cozy conversation. Both TVs in the living room and family room are smart TVs. All TVs are either hooked up to cable, or ROKU, Amazon and Netflix. The furnishings are Restoration Hardware and Magnolia Home decor for that chic Farmhouse style.

Barn Unit:
This 750sf studio is wide open. At one end is the large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a huge peninsula for prep with stools so you can hang out while cooking up your favorite meals. A dining table with seating for 4 is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa with enough space to lounge comfortable while watching your favorite shows or movies on the 48" TV. The bedroom area is on the other side of a diving half wall with the large bath at the other end of the studio.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
Just outside the game room, there is a kiddies playground surrounded by a safety gate and rubber matting...perfect for the little ones. They can spend hours playing on the jungle gym, the playhouse and swings.

For the big kids, indulge in your own grill-fest in the outdoor kitchen under the open-air cabana with seating for a dozen, a king-sized, sun-heated swimming pool with Pebble Tec (heated from May to Oct), and plenty of lounge chairs, tables and a new Hot Tub which seats up to 6 to take in the bucolic views. Speaking of views, you will encounter some of the best sunsets and sunrises from this gorgeous location, while the stargazing is second to none.

Barn Unit:
Outside there is cushioned lounge seating for 4 and a dining table with seating for 4. Entertaining and dining al fresco under the covered patio is perfect when cooking up steaks on the BBQ. There is also a hot tub for total relaxation.

KIDS & SAFETY
This family and kid-friendly home provides a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, booster seat, and lots of children’s books and toys. Exercise equipment is available in the game room and can be used at guests’ own risk. Please note, you and your kids will swim at your own risk and the pool is not fenced in. Children need supervision to use the pool.  (The homeowner and DIGS Vacation Rentals are not responsible for any misuse or injuries.)

The kitchen is also stocked with plenty of stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, and plenty of condiments. There is dinner service for 14 as well as plenty of serving necessities.

THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You could not be in a better, more central and convenient location to hit up some of Paso's most prestigious wineries on the Eastside. You are just 3 minutes to downtown Templeton, 7 minutes to downtown Paso and 30 minutes to other Central Coast destinations: Cambria, Pismo Beach, and downtown San Luis Obispo. There is easy access to 101, which makes your day trips a breeze.

PROVISIONS
Trader Joe's is a mile and a half away along with J & R Meats which offers local grass-fed beefs and other meats. In the same shopping plaza is Pier 46, the area's top fish market and restaurant. In downtown Templeton you'll find Nature's Touch Nursery & Harvest, a fully-organic grocery store with provisions from local farmers. Larger grocery stores include Albertson's and Food For Less, both about 7 miles in either direction off the 101.

RESTAURANTS
For a small town, Templeton provides lots of eating out options. McPhee's is top on the list and perfect for that special occasion. Ian (McPhee) cooks up fantastic farm-to-table fare. Other local flavor includes Pig Iron and Jack's (wood-fired cooked burgers, salads and lots of TVs for viewing sports). Enjoy a glass of wine and an appetizer or cheese platter at 15 Degrees Wine Bar before or after dinner. To start your day, you can't go wrong with Joe's for an All-American breakfast or The Kitchenette for a bit more gourmet breakfast or lunch delicacies.
After you've exhausted the Templeton restaurants, the Paso restaurants are also outstanding. What's your pleasure: Italian, Irish, French, Mexican, Asian, Argentinean, Organic or Seafood? Paso has them all and more. There's even a new Speakeasy in town, called Eleven Twenty-Two. You're in wine and foodie heaven.

ACTIVITIES
You truly don't even need to leave the home with all the activities you can do there. But, there is so much to do and explore on the Central Coast. Of course there is wine tasting and wine events. But once the taste buds need a break, there are so many other activities near by. Golf anyone? Paso Robles Golf Course is a great course for the novice. The more serious golfer might try Hunter Ranch. There are dozen other courses around the area as well. While the guys are golfing there are plenty of spas for the ladies for a day of beauty treatments. Take in a concert at the Vina Robles Amphitheater. There is not a bad seat in the gorgeous 2500 seat music venue. For the more adventurous types, there are plenty of hiking trails and a zip line to amp up the adrenaline. If boating is your choice of relaxation...the Lake Nacimiento boat launch is just 35 minutes away.

Venture out to the local towns. Go antiquing in Cambria. Visit the Elephant Seals and Hearst Castle in San Simeon. Collect shells on Moonstone Beach. Drive an ATV on the beach at the Oceano Dunes. Check out the fantastic Farmers' Markets - Saturdays in downtown Templeton and Thursday nights in San Luis Obispo. Days of endless fun awaits you on the Central Coast.

Great Property for a girls weekend away
We stayed here as a group of 9 women. There was plenty of space and beds for all. The kitchen was well stocked. Great communication from property manager. Easily took ubers to town for dinner and went on a great wine tasting day with UnCorked. Would definitely recommend this property.

Incredible Family & Friends Retreat
The description and pictures of this house do not do it proper justice! This place was absolutely GORGEOUS and peaceful. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. It's probably the most well-stocked kitchen we've experienced! There was plenty of room for us to be together as family and friends and plenty of room for us to be apart. We were pleasantly surprised with the murphy bed room. It appeared the room was at a main entrance to the house with no privacy, BUT it truly was a private room! It is a separate room off the kitchen with doors to close for privacy. It had a huge couch and entertainment center as well. The added Barn was perfect for the young adults too! After spending the afternoon wine tasting, we enjoyed all the lawn games, heated swimming pool, and hot tubs. The young adults enjoyed the massive game room in the garage. The weather was perfect for grilling in the evenings. The views are incredible as well. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy a family and friends get together!

Wonderful Home!
Had a family reunion at this home, a great half way point between nor cal and so cal families. There are so many things to do in this home, that it kept everyone occupied and we didn't even bother leaving the house (except for groceries)! Overall, no issues and great stay.

Overall good
Great property. Lots of rules. Worried about the ticks if we were to use the golf frisbee. People were on property which was not completely disclosed. Other than that it’s a beautiful property.

Fabulous property!
The photos don't do this house justice! It's even better than it looks in the pictures. Our 5-family reunion was a huge success for all 3 generations. The location is great for touring the westside wineries of Paso Robles. The pool was great for everyone. The game room was perfect for the 20-somethings and the toddler loved the play area and toys. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again!
