Tried to call hotel twice the night of the stay because was having a very difficult time finding it. No one answered, though I let it ring for at least a minute the first time, and the second time the call would not go through. When we finally located it and checked in the desk clerk said the phone was working the whole time. Later when I went down to ask a question he was nowhere to be found, and I had to literally yell several times before he showed up with one ear bud in, making me think he was also in the back when I tried to call earlier. One of 2 elevators was not working and stuck on P1 level, which the desk clerk was totally unaware of, and there was a literal busload of people trying to get an elevator to get to their rooms. The 3rd floor hallway carpet was surprisingly dirty.

The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the young gentleman at the reception desk. The breakfast was good but a change of menu would have been much appreciated. The free coffee/tea at the reception area was a bonus. The two toasters were half-functioning and replacements are needed.

The property smells like mold, water drippings everywhere. The elevetor sounds like its going to fall apart. The pillows are $2 pillows. The shower head was broken. I can go on and on about this place. Don’t spend your money here, book somewhere else unless you want to experience all mentioned above.

I did a recent stay over here. I thought I was going to get my money worth but I didn’t really. I call to make sure we can check in early . They say they wasn’t ready and to give it an hour which was at two o clock. I came in at two it still wasn’t ready they said so we waited a while . Then we paid for the room, then we got in the room it was ok . We got the black light to check to see it was clean fully and it wasn’t the wall was clean , the sheet was Oo ok . All the thing in the bathroom need to be clean over. The draws. There was no microwave as it said was one. We had to got to the store to disinfected wipes and we had our Lysol spray disinfectant everything. If though we shouldn’t have done that . The tv was Oo ok it was able to do other functions. They had a broken down remote and we had to ask for a new remote. My boyfriend didnt like the breakfast that was serve . Didn’t like the pancakes, said it was dry and tastes like cardboard.

The room was supposed to have a fridge and microwave. No microwave. The bath towels desperately need to be updated. The hallway sort of smelled musty. On the positive side it gave us a bed to sleep on and breakfast in the morning. Overall satisfied with the stay.

We booked this location after having a great stay at a Wyndham in Lima, OH. The hallways had water damage all over the 5th floor where they put us, the room was not cleaned as I had to wipe the headboard of debris from the previous tenant. There were used condoms in the stairwells.

I HAVE TO SAY THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST,CLEANEST MOST WONDERFUL HOTELS I'VE STAYED AT. WE WERE THERE FOR 4 DAYS AND I DONT HAVE ONE COMPLAINT.
