"Katikia-Malatesta" has the unique advantage of direct access to a beautiful sandy beach. And there is so much more. If you are a lover of nature you'll inevitably fall under this place's charm. Wake up to the sounds of nature, have your breakfast on the north terrace surrounded by bamboo, aromatic plants, colourful flowers, vine. Then go to the beach for as long as you like. It is so close, just a few steps from the house, that it is easy to go back any time to get a drink, a snack etc. If you have young children, the proximity of the beach is a huge advantage.
Once you decide that it's time for lunch you may go to one of the tavernas in the vicinity, cook your meal in the well equipped kitchen or use the barbecue. Around 6 or 7 o'clock in the afternoon is the ideal moment for hiking either on the hill above the house that offers spectacular views to the bay of Naoussa and the Aegean sea, or in the area of Paros Park. Walk to the lighthouse and on your way back visit the snack-bar above the beach and then watch a movie in the romantic atmosphere of the open air free cinema, or, if you are lucky, attend a concert in the open air theatre choosing a seat that allows you to support your back on the natural rocks. In the evening, back to the house, relax on the front deck looking at Naoussa across the bay or up in the sky trying to identify the different constellations. If you are in the mood for nightlife, get into the car and drive to Naoussa.
I'll have a list prepared for you with my favourite restaurants, on the island. You'll also find plenty of brochures in the house proposing all kinds of activities. A friend of mine will welcome you, show you around and give you lots of useful information. You'll have my mobile number to reach me at any time.
This house has lived many summers of happiness and I wish you and your family or friends to continue the tradition by having a happy and memorable holiday here.

Fabulous beach home
Our group of three couples loved everything about Olga’s home. It was comfortable, clean and well located to enjoy the beach, hiking trails and all of Paros. Olga and Alexandra went above and beyond as hosts - meeting us at the property, providing recommendations and even left us with groceries to start our stay. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay in Paros
We loved this place!! The location was so beautiful!! We could walk to several beautiful beaches, one being right in front of the home!! Olga and Alexandria were both so helpful, providing so much information about where to go and things to do. We received such a warm welcome, offered drinks, fruit and cookies. Then the kitchen was stocked with food, milk and wine!! I really can't say enough. We would definitely consider returning to this home.

Amazing experience!
This property is truly a gem. From its beautiful architecture and the interior design throughout, to the peacefulness and pleasant vibes of the location, to the unbelievable sunrises and views…. This property does not disappoint! We spent more on this property than all the others we used for a two week trip of Italy and Greece. And we are so glad we did. The ability to spread out in the house and to enjoy the breezes pouring through the windows and doors, coupled with the walk ability of two great beach clubs and a few restaurants from the house, made this a great place for the family to get some space and relaxation after more busy days and activities in Rome, Amalfi Coast, and Santorini. The hosts were beyond gracious, and their amenities, beverages and food we were given upon checkin were best in class! More than expected but right in line with their eagerness to have us thoroughly enjoy this family property. The beach on the property was outstanding for sunbathing and swimming (be prepared you may encounter some nude sunbathers, always possible in Greece!). Paros was an incredible island that has something for everyone and that you can drive around in a few hours if you are so inclined. Naoussa was amazing for shopping and restaurants (as was Antiparos), and a boat trip at some point is a must while staying on the island. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future!

Fabulous in every way!
The six of us adults had the opportunity to stay at Olga‘s lovely home steps away from the beach :-) Her home was appointed with every single thing you could possibly need. Among some of the goodies were spices, local olive oil a welcoming bowl of fruit and vegetables and two complimentary bottles of wine:-) Our rooms were comfortable and we welcomed the ocean breezes along with the air conditioning in the evenings. Showers contained lovely smelling shampoos and body washes. We were greeted warmly by Alexandra, who told us a little bit about everything important for our stay. We voted it our favorite home away from home and would relish the opportunity to visit again!

Another wonderful stay!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and this time decided to stay for 2 weeks. We are already dreaming of returning! Please see our review from 2019 for more information. The place is wonderful. Since our last visit there have been a numerous upgrades and renovations that further enhance it: new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms and a fourth bedroom. The location is absolutely perfect: set off by itself on a very large piece of land, beautiful views in every direction, right on the water with a lovely small beach perfect for swimming. The house itself is very picturesque and surrounded by beautiful plantings. Naousa is just a few minutes away by car. Olga is very responsive and easy to deal with. Aleksandra, the caretaker gave us a wonderful welcome upon our arrival and as always we enjoyed our conversations. We hope to return with our kids and grandkids in the future.

Charming, peaceful beach house with beautiful views
We were looking for a charming beach house with beautiful views that was peaceful, quiet, and secluded, yet a short drive to town and restaurants. This amazing house exceeded our expectations! We loved the Mediterranean charm of the house, the weather (best weather of the 4 islands we visited), the Kolythimbres beach, and the little town of Nassaou, with its many restaurants and boutiques. Olga and Alexandra were wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts. Highly recommend.

Fabulous home/Spectacular setting
If you are looking for a picturesque traditional Greek house with a wonderful setting near Naousa this is it! It is situated on a very large private waterfront lot with beautiful views out every window. A lovely terrace surrounds the house that was the perfect setting for outdoor meals. There is a nice beach just below and a number of other lovely beaches are just a short walk or drive away. Paros Park with numerous scenic hiking trails and other beaches is just down the road. The house is an easy drive to Naousa. The house was very well maintained and was stocked with an extremely generous assortment of breakfast foods, basic supplies and even a bottle of wine. Dealing with Olga, the owner was very easy and she was extremely gracious in extending our stay when ferry service was unexpectedly cancelled due to a strike. Her friend Aleksandra who met us upon arrival and helped provide information at several points in our stay was a real joy to interact with. Her friendliness and warmth enhanced our sense of welcome. This place is an absolute score and we look forward to returning.

Perfect, charming place to stay with young family
This was the most perfect place to stay imaginable to stay for two weeks with our three children, all 3 and under. The location was idyllic. The house was charming with everything we needed and then some. Olga went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and had all the extras like baby baths, sand toys and bed rails to make our stay easy. Aleksandra, who manages the house, was fabulous and is a beautiful person. She greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and all the information we needed. On arrival, the fridge and pantry was stocked with all the right foodstuffs to smooth our transition to Greece after a long flight from Canada. The children had their own charming room with two single beds that opened onto a small patio with outdoor stairs down to the front door. The master bedroom was very comfortable and featured a lovely little balcony. The home itself is beautiful and charming. We were greeted in the morning for breakfast by the sight of cows grazing in the surrounding vineyard being watched over by a herd dog. The children loved staying on a small working farm with the sea so close by. The beach is a very short walk away at the end of the property. It was easy to shuttle kids and supplies back and forth to and from the beach as many times as needed. The beach is sandy with beautiful rocks in places. There is also a breathtaking view of Naousa in all its whitewashed glory across the bay. This was particularly stunning at night. The sunrise and the moon shining over the bay at night were also highlights! With a car, the location is very convenient with all the necessities easily accessible within 10 minutes. Some nights the mosquitoes were a bit bothersome . Bug repellent plugs were provided that we didn't use, but mosquito nets over the beds would have been helpful. This said, we slept well, found the house very clean and comfortable and couldn't recommend a better place to stay during beach weather with a young family. Thank you Olga and Alexandra!!
