Newly renovated 40ft park model with ocean view and 12 x 24 addition for total of 680sqft living space. Located in Surfside RV Park at the beach in Parksville BC site #41 (see map @ website https://surfsiderv.ca/ )
Fully furnished with queen size bed, full size kitchen appliances, large dinning area, fullsize bathtub, in house washer/dryer, 2 tv rooms, BBQ and all kitchen supplies, bedding, bath towels, hydro, cable & internet included. Propane for heat is extra. Non smokers only. No pets. This is available for rent a maximum of 5 months only from Nov 1 to Mar 31 (minimum of 4 months) while we are in Yuma AZ
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
