Luxury Serene Waterside Cabin on Tenkiller

Welcome to the Retreat at Running Springs on Lake Tenkiller! Purchased and remodeled by Rachel and Evan in summer 2022, we’ve updated nearly every corner of this quiet hillside cabin overlooking incredible sunsets over the valley in the evening, occasional deer wandering the woods beyond the deck in the morning, and glistening water dotted with fishing boats trolling the inlet just through the trees in the afternoon.

Enjoy your privacy with plenty of room to sprawl out and relax in our open and peaceful lake house overlooking Lake Tenkiller. A fully stocked kitchen, numerous entertainment amenities, bunk room for 4-6, three full bathrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for lounging, dining, and recreation await!

1.5 hours or less from Tulsa or Fayetteville, The Retreat at Running Springs is situated between Sisemore Landing and Barnacle Bill's Marina, and less than 15 min from Burnt Cabin Resort.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Treetop Getaway!
If you’re looking for a nature lovers paradise, you’ll love this property. It feels as though you are living in a gorgeous treehouse. Spectacular views! The owner was very kind and quick to respond. Everything was super clean and bedding was very comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Weekend Retreat
Our group of 8 had a wonderful time at the Retreat at Running Springs on Lake Tenkiller. The house did not disappoint and is true to the photos posted. The views are fabulous from the oversized windows overlooking a cove and watching geese, ducks and a bald eagle flying over was an extra we weren’t expecting. The open layout of the house allowed us to all be in the living/kitchen/dining area together. The kitchen is well stocked, and the oversized sectional was super comfy allowing us to sit around and visit. They have many options for family/group games, and we enjoyed relaxing and catching up around the fire pit. The owner was quick to reply to any questions or requests we had. Our group has been getting together for over seven years and many said this was their favorite place by far so I believe we will be back in the future.

Relaxing and well-appointed getaway!
My spouse and child visited for a short "staycation" as an easy trip from Tulsa with just a little bit of time to get away. We were delighted by the amenities, cleanliness of the space, and general comfort of the environment. We loved the walk-in showers, very comfortable beds and sofas, and found great options for entertainment with a fun outside movie screen and projector, board and outdoor games, and lots of nearby adventures for us and our daughter. We'll absolutely be back with friends!
