The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They gave us local information on what restaurants to try. They also gave us a free upgrade on our room. We will definitely stay here again.

Refrigerator didn’t work for the whole first day we were there. Came and tried to fix it and it still didn’t work. Had to request them to come back. We finally asked for a new room and moved. Tub was dirty and slimy. Other than that the room was good. Front desk staff were great.

Gorgeous location, hotel and scenery!! Customer service was top notch and the front desk also provided several options for activities, hiking trails, restaurants etc. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend!

Initially had an issue with wi-fi connecting apple devices (phones and ipads). Had to get on the phone with an IT person to authorize each device separately. Apparently their network does not like the apple private wifi address feature.

I loved It’s proximity to Canyon Village was great. Concierge was good. Public transport was good too and free. What I didn’t like was the lack of cleaning service for stay less than 8 days. I stayed 5 days 4night. They also don’t have a late check out. It wasn’t offered.

Honestly, this property was great! Probably one of the better places we've stayed at this year. It was clean and felt safe. Our room was great - we enjoyed our suite and the amenities it provided. The pool was also enjoyable and generally quiet and relaxing (just what we needed from our vacation). The only thing we didn't care for was the parking garage. While we enjoyed secure parking, the entry/exit doors are quite small, as were the spaces. If you have a large vehicle, we can't imagine trying to navigate this area.
